Jerome G. Grzeca

Jerome G. Grzeca is the founding partner of Grzeca Law Group, S.C., and has practiced business immigration law for over eighteen years, in both Washington, DC and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Marquette University, and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the District of Columbia Bar. He is listed with the Best Lawyers in America. He is currently a Director of the Board of Governors and on the Department of State Liaison Committee for the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Also, for AILA, he has served on the USCIS National Benefits Policy Liaison Committee (2005-2007), as Chair of the Wisconsin Advocacy Committee (2005-present), Lobby Day Coordinator (sixth year), Wisconsin Congressional Liaison (seventh year) and was most recently Chair of the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) Liaison Committee (2004-2006), NSC Liaison Committee Member (2002-2004), Wisconsin Chapter Chair and Chair Milwaukee Bar Association (Immigration and Nationality Section) (2001-2003), previously Vice-Chair and Treasurer Wisconsin AILA Chapter. Mr. Grzeca is a renowned speaker and author of a variety of topics relating to business immigration law, and serves on panels and round-table discussions for businesses needing expertise in immigration matters.

C. Polly Ellingson

C. Polly Ellingson is of Counsel to Grzeca Law Group, S.C. She received her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Washington School of Law and was admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court in 1983. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the State Bar of Washington, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Before joining Grzeca Law Group, Ms. Ellingson was a member of the Employment Law Section at Michael Best & Friedrich L.L.P. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, General Counsel to The Medical College of Wisconsin, and Director of Hospitals Legal Affairs of the University of Washington Hospitals.

Molly J. Smiltneek

Molly J. Smiltneek is an Associate Attorney of Grzeca Law Group, S.C. She graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School in 2007 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Latin American and Iberian Studies and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2000. Prior to her work with Grzeca Law Group, Molly gained immigration law experience with her work at Catholic Charities Legal Services for Immigrants. Molly is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Prior to attending law school she worked in advocacy and outreach for the Wisconsin Alumni Association.

Carrie M. Ziegler

Carrie M. Ziegler is an Associate Attorney of Grzeca Law Group, S.C. Carrie graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2006 and obtained a BS Degree in Business with a major in Public Relations with highest distinction from Ferris State University in 2001. Prior to joining Grzeca Law Group, Carrie gained immigration law experience with the Catholic Charities Immigration Assistance Project as well as general legal experience with private law firms. Carrie is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association.
