Canadian After Sales Service
In some circumstances, U.S. citizens can be authorized to work in Canada as business visitors. This is common when a U.S. company needs to provide “after-sales service” to a Canadian company, which could include warranty service, fulfilling a service contract, or installing equipment. However, typically U.S. employees are only allowed to enter Canada to supervise installation or train Canadian employees, not to engage in “hands on” labor.
Grzeca Law Group has assisted several companies successfully transfer U.S. employees to Canada to engage in appropriate business visitor activities such as to perform after-sales service.
