Canadian After Sales Service
In some circumstances, U.S. citizens can be authorized to work in Canada as business visitors. This is common when a U.S. company needs to provide “after-sales service” to a Canadian company, which could include warranty service, fulfilling a service contract, or installing equipment. However, typically U.S. employees are only allowed to enter Canada to supervise installation or train Canadian employees, not to engage in “hands on” labor.
