Jerome G. Grzeca, Managing Partner of Grzeca Law Group, S.C., has practiced business immigration law for over twenty-five years in both Washington, D.C. and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He has extensive experience providing legal services to the international business community for the hire and transfer of key personnel around the world. He has represented clients in the hospitality, healthcare, biotechnology, mining, energy, information technology, automotive, transportation logistics, architectural, professional services, academia and manufacturing industries, among others.

He most recently served as Chair of AILA's DOS Liaison Committee. He is a past Director on the AILA Board of Governors and Chair of the Taskforce on Affiliate Programs (2009); Vice Chair of the DOS Liaison Committee (2009-2010); Executive Director Search Committee (2009); Department of State Liaison Committee (2007-2008); USCIS National Benefits Policy Liaison Committee (2005-2007); Chair of the Wisconsin Advocacy Committee (2005-present); Chair of the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) Liaison Committee (2004-2006); Wisconsin Chapter Chair and Chair of the Milwaukee Bar Association (Immigration and Nationality Section) (2001-2003). He is a seasoned speaker and author of a variety of topics relating to business immigration law, and has served on more than fifty professional panels, webinars and round-table discussions for businesses needing expertise in immigration matters. Mr. Grzeca is listed with The Best Lawyers in America, Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers and Super Lawyers for excellence in immigration law. Mr. Grzeca was also selected as a Leader in the Law by the Wisconsin Law Journal.

Mr. Grzeca received his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the District of Columbia Bar.

C. Polly Ellingson is Of Counsel to Grzeca Law Group, S.C. Before joining Grzeca Law Group, Ms. Ellingson served as a member of the Employment Law Section at Michael Best & Friedrich L.L.P. and as General Counsel of The Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Director of Risk Management and Director of Hospitals Legal Affairs at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. Ms. Ellingson holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Washington School of Law. Ms. Ellingson is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Carrie Ziegler Thomas is an Associate Attorney at Grzeca Law Group, S.C. Ms. Ziegler Thomas graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2006 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a major in Public Relations with highest distinction from Ferris State University in 2001. Prior to joining Grzeca Law Group, Ms. Ziegler Thomas gained immigration law experience with the Catholic Charities Legal Services for Immigrants as well as general legal experience with private law firms. Ms. Ziegler Thomas is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and was named an Up and Coming Lawyer in 2012.

Theodore J. Chadwick is a bi-lingual Associate Attorney at Grzeca Law Group, S.C. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in 2009 and a Bachelor's degree, cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Southern California in 2005. He also obtained minor degrees in economics and in business from the University of Southern California. Prior to joining Grzeca Law Group, Mr. Chadwick was managing partner of Chadwick, Hwu, and Huang, LLP, working in immigration and criminal law. He is a member of the California Bar, Wisconsin Bar, and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Anne R. Rowley is an Associate Attorney at Grzeca Law Group, S.C. Ms. Rowley graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2013. She obtained her Bachelors Degree of Arts with a double major in English and Spanish and a minor degree in Criminology and Law Studies from Marquette University in 2010. She also obtained a minor degree in Criminology and Law Studies from Marquette University. Ms. Rowley began her immigration law career serving as a Student Law Clerk with the U.S. Department of Justice- Executive Office for Immigration Review in Los Angeles, California. Prior to joining Grzeca Law Group, she worked at a Fortune 500 worldwide staffing company in the Immigration Department's International Resource Management Program. Ms. Rowley is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Paul Reifler Messenger is an Associate Attorney at Grzeca Law Group, S.C. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 2010 and a Bachelor's degree cum laude in History from Brandeis University in 2006. Mr. Messenger has exclusively practiced employment and family based Immigration law since 2011. He has worked in the private setting for large and mid-sized firms as well as in-house work for a technology company. Mr. Messenger is passionate about finding creative and practical immigration solutions for his clients. He is a member of the Massachusetts State bar and the Federal Bar for the District of Massachusetts. He has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2011 and has volunteered for AILA in a variety of different roles.
