Jerome G. Grzeca is the founder and Managing Partner of Grzeca Law Group, S.C., and has practiced business immigration law for twenty years, in both Washington, DC and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the District of Columbia Bar. He is listed with The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers for excellence in immigration law. He is Director of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Board of Governors and currently serves the organization as Chair of the Taskforce on Affiliate Programs, Vice Chair of the Department of State Liaison Committee, and a member of the Executive Director Search Committee. Also, for AILA, he has served on the Department of State Liaison Committee (2007-2008), USCIS National Benefits Policy Liaison Committee (2005-2007), Chair of the Wisconsin Advocacy Committee (2005-present), Lobby Day Coordinator, Wisconsin Congressional Liaison (seventh year), Chair of the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) Liaison Committee (2004-2006), NSC Liaison Committee Member (2002-2004), Wisconsin Chapter Chair and Chair Milwaukee Bar Association (Immigration and Nationality Section) (2001-2003), and both Vice-Chair and Treasurer Wisconsin AILA Chapter. Jerry is a renowned speaker and author of a variety of topics relating to business immigration law, and has served on more than thirty professional panels, webinars and round-table discussions for businesses needing expertise in immigration matters.

Carrie Ziegler Thomas is an Associate Attorney for Grzeca Law Group, S.C. Carrie graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2006 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a major in Public Relations with highest distinction from Ferris State University in 2001. Prior to joining Grzeca Law Group, Carrie gained immigration law experience with the Catholic Charities Legal Services for Immigrants as well as general legal experience with private law firms. Carrie is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

C. Polly Ellingson is of Counsel to Grzeca Law Group, S.C. Before joining Grzeca Law Group, Ms. Ellingson served as a member of the Employment Law Section at Michael Best & Friedrich L.L.P. and as General Counsel of The Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Director of Risk Management and Director of Hospitals Legal Affairs at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. Ms. Ellingson is admitted to practice law in both Washington and Wisconsin. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Washington School of Law.

R. Oliver Branch is an Associate Attorney for Grzeca Law Group, S.C. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Richmond's T.C. Williams School of Law in Richmond, Virginia in 2006 and a Bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, in World Religions from Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania in 2002. Prior to joining Grzeca Law Group, Oliver was an Associate Immigration Attorney with Sands Anderson Marks & Miller in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. He is a member of the State Bar of North Carolina, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
