Our Attorneys

John L. Sesini, a first generation-born U.S. Citizen, is Partner and Head of the Family/Deportation Practice Group at Grzeca Law Group and is devoted to representing individuals with issues in family immigration, fiancé visas, citizenship and naturalization, deportation defense, and asylum. Active in the legal community, Attorney Sesini is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), U.S. District Court - Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, Justinian Society, and the Third and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, circuits in which he has successfully litigated complex immigration issues. Attorney Sesini received his Juris Doctor degree from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Erin K. Murphy is a bi-lingual Associate Attorney for Grzeca Law Group, S.C.'s Family/Deportation Practice Group. She earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Marquette University Law School in 2006 and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2002. Before joining Grzeca Law Group, Erin was an Immigration Attorney with Catholic Charities, Legal Services for Immigrants. Erin studied Spanish in Madrid, Spain during her undergraduate career. In addition, prior to attending law school, she volunteered as a teacher for one year at a non-profit organization in Quito, Ecuador. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Wisconsin Bar Association.
