Jerome G. Grzeca, Managing Partner of Grzeca Law Group, S.C., has practiced business immigration law for thirty years in both Washington, D.C. and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He has extensive experience providing legal services to the international business community for the hire and transfer of key personnel around the world. He has represented clients in the hospitality, healthcare, biotechnology, mining, energy, information technology, automotive, transportation logistics, architectural, professional services, academia and manufacturing industries, among others.
He most recently served as Chair of AILA's DOS Liaison Committee. He is a past Director on the AILA Board of Governors and Chair of the Taskforce on Affiliate Programs (2009); Vice Chair of the DOS Liaison Committee (2009-2010); Executive Director Search Committee (2009); Department of State Liaison Committee (2007-2008); USCIS National Benefits Policy Liaison Committee (2005-2007); Chair of the Wisconsin Advocacy Committee (2005-present); Chair of the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) Liaison Committee (2004-2006); Wisconsin Chapter Chair and Chair of the Milwaukee Bar Association (Immigration and Nationality Section) (2001-2003). He is a seasoned speaker and author of a variety of topics relating to business immigration law, and has served on more than fifty professional panels, webinars and round-table discussions for businesses needing expertise in immigration matters. Mr. Grzeca is listed with The Best Lawyers in America, Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers and Super Lawyers for excellence in immigration law. Mr. Grzeca was also selected as a Leader in the Law by the Wisconsin Law Journal.
Mr. Grzeca received his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the District of Columbia Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Tracy DePriest is an experienced Law Firm Administrator with expertise in all aspects of office and business management which includes skills related to day-to-day operations in a professional office, staff management, accounting, IT, facilities, benefits administration, client service management, and Human Resource compliance.
Tracy earned degrees in Business Administration and Leadership Development at Waukesha County Technical College. She has certifications in Change Management, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, and Mental Health First Aid. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Managers and the Association of Legal Administrators.

Carly received her B.S. in Political Science from South Dakota State University in 2018 and her J.D. from Marquette University in 2021. Carly is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends, family and her dog.

Megan received her B.A from University of Madison-Wisconsin in 2020 and her J.D. from University of Madison- Wisconsin in 2023. Megan is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar.
In her free time, she enjoys skiing, skating, creating art, and spending time with friends and family.

DaMaryah is currently enrolled at Howard University and is expected to graduate in May of 2028 with a B.S. in Criminology and a B.A. in Political Science. She is passionate about community advocacy and looking forward to making an impact wherever she can. In her free time, she enjoys bowling, learning new dance techniques, and spending quality time with her family.

Reese Eckenrod-Snyder is a Paralegal at Grzeca Law Group. He focuses on business immigration, with a particular focus assisting corporate clients in the luxury hospitality industry with securing temporary work authorization through the L-1, TN, H-1B, and H-2B classifications. He also assists with securing U.S. Permanent Residence in the EB-1, EB2, and EB-3 categories. Reese enjoys finding complex solutions for difficult cases, ensuring client success and peace of mind. With an emphasis on detail, Reese takes pride in procuring quick and efficient results for clients. Reese received his B.A. in Democracy & Justice Studies and Political Science from University of Wisconsin - Green Bay in 2021.

Nancy earned her B.A at Marquette University and her J.D. from Marquette University Law School. She is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Prior to joining Grzeca Law Group, Nancy was a staff attorney at Catholic Charities, Legal Services for Immigrants in Milwaukee and a Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force.
In her free time, Nancy volunteers as Committee Chair for her three son's Boy Scout Troop.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys being active in the gym and outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Nnaemeka Obinna

Nnaemeka Obinna is a Legal Assistant at Grzeca Law Group. He assists the firm's attorneys and clients with a variety of business immigration matters, bringing a strong background in communication, problem-solving, and client service. Nnaemeka is of Nigerian- American descent and is committed to providing excellent support throughout the immigration process and takes pride in helping clients navigate complex matters with confidence and care.
Nnaemeka earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Communication from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and recently completed a Master's degree in Business Design & Innovation. During his graduate studies, he worked on marketing and consulting projects with organizations including CDI Portugal, Brainstorm Portugal, and the Chicago Bears, developing experience in strategic planning, innovation, and business development.
While at Carthage College, Nnaemeka was actively involved in campus leadership and community engagement through the Black Student Union and Pi Sigma Epsilon, a professional business fraternity focused on networking, professional development, and service. He also excelled academically, earning Dean's List honors in 2024 and 2025.
A former NCAA Division III Track & Field student-athlete for the Carthage Firebirds, Nnaemeka was recognized as Comeback Athlete of the Year for his resilience and dedication. He values hard work, leadership, and service to others, and is passionate about strengthening his community and supporting those around him. Outside of work, Nnaemeka enjoys basketball, movies, and discovering new sweet treats.

Kristen’s passion for learning extends beyond her professional role; she enjoys sharing her newfound knowledge to support her colleagues.
Outside of work, Kristen finds joy in running, gardening, and cherishing moments with loved ones, including her feline companion, Phineas.
